Process to Join the Avail Impact

 

Avail Impact Merchandising Limited gets its career adverts published in various newspapers in different cities of India for receiving of application forms. All the adverts are in the name of Avail Impact Merchandising Limited provided by the authorized branch managers only. After receiving application forms, the Avail Impact conducts the interview in its nearest branch offices. After the interview, we provide a two-day induction training to the selected candidates. If they understand our system and agree to continue with the further training, then we provide them with six months training free of cost.

Any consultancy can also provide us suitable candidates. They have to follow the term & conditions for providing the candidates. After selection, we provide six months training to their candidates and during their training we give stipend/commission/salary (as per the target attained) to them according to their capabilities.

After the training, we will provide the candidates their positions in our organisation. The candidates have to submit a training fee of INR 150/- only before starting of the training. The candidates must have the minimum qualification of High/Secondary School Examination and minimum 18 years of age for undergoing the selection process. If a candidate possesses the qualification of graduate or postgraduate and his/her work during the training period is good and fulfils all the criteria, we can provide him/her the designation of Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager. The candidates with the qualification of Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) will be designated as to Assistant Manager and those with the qualification of High/Secondary School Examination or Matriculation will be posted as Store Keeper, Field Supervisor, Office Assistants and so on.
