After 6 months, if the Branch Leader fulfils all the criteria set in the trainer instruction letter by the company and his/her records are approved, he/she  is sent by the Branch Manager to the final field training centre at Delhi Office for doing minimum one month training. After completing the final field training the candidate is sent back to his/her the respective branch for official training of minimum four months. Then he/she is selected for higher position and is assigned with the responsibility of establishing a new branch in some different city/town.

Promotions


Trainee → Trainer...

Trainer → Sr. Trainer...


Sr. Trainer → Group Leader...


Group Leader → Branch Leader...


Branch Leader → final field training...


The company is expanding gradually and establishing branches in different cities and towns in India. For each branch office, the following posts are created:-


* Office Boys: (6k-10k per month)

* Field Boys can earn: (7k-15k per month)

* Field Supervisor can earn: (8k-20k per month)

* Store Keeper can earn: (6k-12k per month)

* Trial Assistant: Total maintenance, (accommodation, medical, T.A, D.A. and others)

* Assistant Manager: (when one is promoted for a new branch 10k-25k per month)

* Branch Manager: (15k-35k or above per month+Incentives)


Note:- 

The Company also provides T.A., D.A., Bonus, Commission, Incentive, etc.
