DEFINATION OF TRAINER
Trainer is the person who trains the guys and teaching them how to manage themselves and the teach them system whatever he learnt by the practical experience and to motivate guys how can they achieve their goal. A trainer must be a good leader.
RESPONSIBILITY OF A TRAINER
CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL TRAINER
A trainer must process many qualities such as: -
a) BE AN EXAMPLE: Trainer must lead by an example. He must be a good leader as people follow every movement to him he has to show in practical.
b) BE SELF CONFIDENT: Trainer must have self confident to think whatever he is saying. He should real feeling inside himself that they have the unique personality and whatever they are doing that is great. Because he is the only person who is leading the enthusiastic people.
c) BE ENTHUSIASTIC: Trainer should always be enthusiastic, because he is leading the guys having a lot of enthusiasm.
d) FOCUS & VISION ON FUTURE:
Trainer must have vision & focus on the future. He should know where he want to go and think futuristically look forward, do not change the track, when the time is tough for the success on tough time it is necessary, he should make himself tough.
e) BE A QUICK DECISION MAKER:
Trainer must have confidence to take decision immediately at any situation.
f) EXPECT AND WORK FOR SUCCESS:
Trainer always except & work for success do not accept excuses find out the weakness of the guys & try to remove them.
g) BE SELF DISCIPINED:
Trainer always be on time well dressed and also responsible to create disciplined atmosphere
h) GOOD LISTENER:
Trainer should not think he knows everything. There is always more to learn. He should learn more & more to become stronger & stronger
i) RECOGNISE THE NEED ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

j) GOOD ANALYSER:
Trainer must be a good analyzer. He must always analyze failure and trainees, failure without over confidence and making excuses.
He always try to constantly improve himself and the trainee. Be analyzing a trainer can know that at what position his trainer is ? And only then he can train properly his trainee.
k) INTEGRITY:
He must be honest and trustworthy and do the thing right regardless of personal consequences and develop his leaders trust
