Types of Management

Management is necessary aspect of our business organization. It covers all those functions which are required to efficient flow of liabilities & responsibilities and effective co-ordination efforts to achieve the goals.




  1. SELF MANAGEMENT:-

 

In this management, a person learns how he has to manage his personality & activities for that ha has to manage the tei first, he maintains himself to make and effective look, his listening and learning skill should become perfect. He has to learn how he has to sit, stand, walk and talk to the people. In the management the person learns the professionalism, making sacrifice and devotion.

  1. FIELD MANAGEMENT:-

 

Field management is a study to know he has to visit the people, what type of fluctuations and problems are coming in the field and after that he also learn how we can resolve these fluctuations and problem by which he achieve his goal. Mainly field management is related to the field but it is the key of management to all other managements coming later or, so it has the greatest importance.

  1. GROUP MANAGEMENT:-

 

Under this management, the person develops skill in hiring up a guys, teaching the business system, what he learnt by practical experiences. He must train his guys effectively so that they can become perfect in his job and motivate the guys in such manner that they achieve their goals.

  1. CASH MANAGEMENT:-

 

Under this Management the persons learns that how he has to manage the cash. Actually, there are two types, i.e incoming cash & outgoing cash , it indicates the there should be accurate balance between earning & expense and every transfer of the cash should be cleared in his record.

  1. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:- 

 

Under this management, a person learns about inventory in warehouse. He should be calculative and he has to keep and “Eagles View” on each & every product lying in his warehouse. He should be careful at the time of issuing products to the guys and at the time of receiving in the evening. After issuing the products, he should check his warehouse and calculate his products and tally them. Every day, also after settle up he should again check his products & tally them. This habit must be followed everyday. In this way he will never loose a single products from his warehouse and this habit makes him perfect in Inventory Management

  1. CASH MANAGEMENT:-

 

Now the person is a manager who has to manage all managements, above mentioned. He should “I” very strong. He should be self –decisive, a good communicate, a good motivator, a good personality holder. As a Manager, the person is complete alone. All the eyes of the guys pinching on his personality, what he is talking, how he is behaving how he is solving the problems of the buys under him.

 

He has to solve all the problems of all the guys, what he had experienced during his three phases of management. Each and every responsibility belongs to him. If there is dust in his office, nobody is responsible, he is the only person, who is responsible for that. He has to keep a bird’s eye view on each and every activities happening in his office. Time to time he has to do inventory too for checking products Assistants. He has to motivate and encourages the guys always, because there are the only assets for his office.
