Golden Rules of Teaching

  1. Practical trainee is better than just theoretical. Show him how thing are done. 
  1. Be patient, you cannot breed success I a single day, give him time go grow and develop. 
  1. Engage in discussion and not lectures participative teaching tell you how much he knows and also teachers you in returns. 
  1. Student and excuses come together, never allow accept then. Have a great attitude about your self and the student also. Gly day, give him time to grow and develop.

What the trainer should teach

 

 

a)      ABOUT HIMSELF AND HIS POTENTIAL:- You are one to ten him what he has and what he nee. Keep watching him and telling him about his own personality and development.

 

b)      ABOUT THE SYSTEM: The fundamental are to tough to him repeatedly our own experience of the system increases daily, so share with him, deep him totally involved.

 

c)      ABOUT THE COMPANY AND TRADITIONS: Trainer should be aware of details, people, events and traditions of the company. Keep him totally involved.

 

d)     ABOUT THE GOALS I THE COMPANY: Stress and remind him the short, mind and log-term goals and teach him how to plan and achievement.

 

e)      ABOUT HARD WORKING: Teach him how to be hundred percent physically and mentally involved in the business and why it is necessary & mandatory.

 

f)       ABOUT THE GREAT ATTITUDE: Let the trainee come to you with his problem and teach him how to react to the problems and why it necessary and mandatory.

 

g) ABOUT LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT: Encourages & teach him to be a leader through impacts, excitement sessions etc.
