Before starting any journey, everybody should set his goal,

This journey may ‘Race’ career etc

If you are going to start you career, then it is very necessary to set your career’s goal and after setting your goal, you must have to put 100% efforts (Physical & Mental) to achieve this and if your efforts are coordinated towards your setup. You will certainly get a grand success, because it increases dedication, reduces the diversification of efforts and reduces the confusion.

 

GOALS IN THIS CONCEPT 

 

  1. SHORT TERM GOALS- Trainee would have to make daily role to become a trainer (Self Management & Field Management). 
  1. MID TERM GOAL- To become an L. Assistant Manager by showing group management. 
  1. LONG TERM GOAL- To get Higher achievement above Assistant Branch Manager/ Branch Manager by creating new branches.

GOALS:


Stress and remind him about the short term, mid-term and long-term goals of AVAIL IMPACT and teach him how to plan and achieve these goals.

 

ORGANISATION

Be exciting about taking him out.

Congratulate him on being hired on.

Know your territory.

Show your trainee, time is money.

DESTINATION:


                                 Explain, what is your intention to teach him.Find out his not spots.What made trainee to comeback.Go over opportunity, your goals, why are you here and what are you doing?Be confident, show him how to make money.

 

 

REACHING TERRITORY:


                                                  Find the place to start merch.Inventory check -two or three times in a day.

Get busy. Don't waste your time.

 

SHOWING GOOD WORKING HABITS:


                     Talk to every person in the field.Explain the Law of Average by example.Make sure trainee is listening and learning. Don't treat the trainee like a language.Very your pitch, excitement should be at peak level.Tell him the difference of attitude between a common person & you, in practical

LUNCHTIME:

Run like hero.


1.Allow him to pitch and do not interrupt his pitch. Do sacrifice because by sacrifice

you will also learn. Leave him for one hour and keep eye on him at the end of your work, Check inventory, come to office by 7.00 p.m.


2.Keep him involved, talk about your business. PREMISS ION FOR ANY YOUR: By the time when a trainer is ready with a new group a road trip ( tour) he has to

develop some other qualities in his personality.

 

AN INCREASING GREAT ATTITUDE:


                            At this moment it is very east for a trainer to solve any type of negatives, he must have a positive attitude in persistency, this great attitude must be much louder.

 

SMOOTH MERCHANDISING:


                                        Merchandising is finger game for a trainer at this level and high rolling is the joke for him.

 

TRAINING:

Trainer must be very confident to give training, talking and handling with

the guys.

 

IMPACTS:

There should be high level of excitement in the impact, guys should not bored up when you are giving impact

IMAGE IN THE OFFICE:

Trainer's image in the office must be roll model. Guys want to spend their time with you to learn anything

UNDERSTANDING OF THE SYSTEM:

System should be fully clear to the trainer. He should be confident when he use the system and when he talks about the system. His trust on the system should be cleared out.
